Welcome to our ministry website, God bless you as you receive the ministry of God’s Word.
We are starting a new teaching on The Fruit of the Spirit. We pray that you will see the vital need for this fruit in your life. I can say without a doubt that I surely did.
I was born again as a young teenage boy and became discouraged in my Christian walk with the Lord as it seemed like I was never going to be able to live the Christian life.
I looked at my parents and I thought they obviously know how to live the Christian life, but me, I just can’t seem to be good enough and measure up to their high standards. I felt like I was always disappointing God and I was very concerned and felt guilty.
That guilt continued in me to some degree or other during my teenage years and went into my adulthood.
Then God called me to attend Bible College and I finally heeded the call and found to my utter joy that God truly loved me beyond my wildest dreams. I must say that I received a revelation of God’s love for me and found out that I was not expected to lead a life without mistakes and shortcomings but God loved me through it all and wanted to help me to grow in my Christian walk.
I also discovered that in receiving the new birth it was by grace (unmerited favor) that I was saved through faith and nothing that I did except to accept Jesus as my Lord and Savior gave me the new birth, it was totally a gift of God. Ephesians 2:8
In fact I received a revelation that it was not by my works that made me right with God at the new birth nor could my works make God love me anymore than He already did. Ephesians 2:9
I cannot tell you the burden of guilt and discouragement that lifted off my back when I discovered the spiritual facts that God loved me regardless of my shortcomings and the way I received the new birth in the first place was by His grace and faith and not by anything that I did other than receive Him as my Lord and Savior.
I received a revelation of what Jesus meant on the cross when He cried out, IT IS FINISHED!!!
Jesus had already paid the price for my sin and had already given me everything that pertained to life and godliness through the knowledge of Him. 2 Peter 1:3
So after this I needed to find out how I could build my Christian walk with the Lord and godly character and that is found in the FRUIT OF THE SPIRIT found in Galatians 5:22-26
We need a balance in our spiritual walk with the Lord. The gifts of the Spirit as found in I Corinthians 12:7-11 build spiritual power in your life but I found that more than power was needed in my Christian life, I needed godly character.
Godly character is the marvelous ability to have sustaining power no matter what you ever go through. It is a necessary ingredient to keep you living for the Lord and not giving up.
Over the years I have seen so many Christians that run on hard times and flat give up. They backslide or get out of fellowship with the Lord, whichever way you describe it and then their life really starts going through a shredder.
Of course satan is right their telling you that it was someone else’s fault and besides that you can’t live the Christian life anyway. It eventually spirals downward into a real pity party.
Satan is the accuser of the brethren, so what’s new? He loves to tell you how no good you are. Revelation 12:10
Please share this website with others that you know.
Remember the Word of God will bless every person no matter who they are. God speaks to our hearts when we receive ministry from Him and He puts others people in our hearts and tells us to call or e mail that person because they need the Word of God also. You never know what that friend or family member of yours is going through. The trauma and fear that they are experiencing.
So please follow what the Spirit of the Living God is telling you and call up or e mail other people that you know so they too can receive the powerful Word of God in their lives.
That also includes the shut ins which includes people who are disabled or now are old and not able to come to a church building but still need ministering to just like you and me. So please give our website address to these people and see that they are blessed. Thank you.
The scriptures that are highlighted in this teaching will take you to BibleGateway.com and usually are in King James translation, however once you get to that site you can pick many different translations. To return to this teaching just go to your upper left hand corner of your computer screen and click back on the teaching tab.
I have GOOD NEWS for you today. Isn’t that what the definition of the Gospel is (GOOD NEWS)?
There is so much teaching on the Gifts of the Spirit however I also see a great need for teaching on the FRUIT OF THE SPIRIT, specifically to help Christians live the Christian life.
A VICTORIOUS LIFE.
When you are born again you receive these fruits in your spirit because you receive the nature of God. From that point on then you need to allow them to grow in you and allow them to come out of you. It is your choice what you do with these fruits of the Spirit. You can stifle them or let them grow.
The 9 fruits of the Spirit help to give you a solid foundation so that when the trials of life come and of course they will, you won’t have a foundation of sand that washes away under your feet. Matthew 7:24-27.
The fruit of the Spirit should be mandatory teaching for every new believer as they walk into their new life in Christ Jesus, it would save a lot of discouragement in the new believer’s life and have them walk in victory instead.
Let’s look into these 9 fruits of the Spirit and see how they can wonderfully help us in our Christian life:
I. GALATIANS 5:22 (LOVE)
Of course it is not an accident that LOVE is the first fruit of the Spirit. Our whole relationship with the Lord is a relationship of love. For God so loved the world that He gave… John 3:16 (Love is God, God is love I John 4:8).
God’s love for us and His example of giving His love through us to others is the whole foundation of our relationship with the Lord and our Christian walk. In fact the Word of God states: That the love of God is shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Ghost which is in us. Romans 5:5 (However we must choose to allow this love of God come out of us or not to, we can always stop what God wants to do through us as an act of our will).
Without a doubt one of the best teachings on love in the Bible is 1 Corinthians 13.
I’m going to make a bold statement, the most important thing you will ever need in your Christian life is to have love in your heart for our Precious Lord and others. NOTHING CAN MEASURE UP TO LOVE, AND NOTHING IS AS IMPORTANT AS GOD’S LOVE FLOWING TO OTHERS OUT OF OUR HEARTS.
Between the gifts of the Spirit and the fruit of the Spirit the most important is the fruit of the Spirit and the most important fruit of the Spirit is LOVE.
Let’s look at I Corinthians 13:1-3, it makes an emphatic statement that if you don’t have LOVE (in the KJV it uses charity for the word love) all of the other gifts of the Spirit and your giving of everything you have doesn’t mean a thing. Harsh statement huh? BUT IT IS TRUE.
God’s love is so powerful in us that it is irreplaceable, indispensable. There is not one thing on the face of the earth nor spiritual gift that can take the place of God’s love in you.
God’s love in you has the power to bring others to Jesus Christ like no other thing. With a world so full of hate people will always gravitate toward God’s love in us.
In fact God’s love is so powerful is us that in I Corinthians 13:8 it says LOVE NEVER FAILS. That is a guarantee that God makes through His Word. (What else do you know that you could ever say I guarantee this as IT WILL NEVER FAIL? (THE TRUTH OF THE MATTER IS THERE IS NOTHING THAT NEVER FAILS OTHER THAN GOD AND HIS WORD, THAT’S ALL.)
Let’s take it another step further, the Bible says in I Peter 4:8 “And above all things have fervent charity among yourselves: for charity shall cover the multitude of sins.”
This passage of scripture is not talking about a sin being covered from God and the person that has committed the sin not asking the Lord for forgiveness but rather it is talking about us as Christians and the attitude we take as we see someone else in sin.
What this passage is talking about is that we as Christians need to overlook the faults and shortcomings in others because we need to love that person, any person, to the point to where God’s love in us wants to love and accept them as a person instead of blatantly pointing out their faults.
Let me put it in this manner. When you love someone and of course we are commanded to love everyone, you want to cover them with God’s love coming out of your spirit. That will do a whole lot more good than judging them. They already know they have sinned they don’t need our stamp of disapproval on it, amen?
We need to remember that the next time we sin!!!
SO NEEDLESS TO SAY BETWEEN THE GIFTS OF THE SPIRIT AND THE FRUIT OF THE SPIRIT, GOD’S LOVE IS THE MOST IMPORTANT ATTRIBUTE THAT WE CAN HAVE IN OUR LIFE. GOD’S LOVE IN US.
LET’S PURPOSE IN OUR LIVES TO ALLOW GOD’S LOVE TO FLOW OUT OF US TO EVERYONE.
For you pastors or leaders of groups that are interested in our ministry please contact us at:
We have an evangelistic/teaching ministry that we know will bring a revival of God and His Word to your church or group. We minister on many different areas including the Holy Spirit and the Baptism of the Holy Spirit including teaching on the gifts of the Holy Spirit, how to walk in the supernatural things of the Lord, dreams and visions, how to worship God in Spirit and in truth, the blessing of tithes and offerings and always the most important, how to actually lead people to the Lord Jesus Christ as their Savior.
Has this teaching website helped you?
Please consider supporting this ministry financially on a regular basis as we continue with this website and going out to churches and groups as evangelists and teachers. Your giving makes that possible as you sow into lives around the world. “For we are labourers together with God: ye are God’s husbandry, ye are God’s building.” Please see I Corinthians 3:9
At present we have 10 different ministries that have contacted us from around the world that are viewing this website with you every week and teaching our teaching to their congregations. In addition to that we are able to teach them individually as God leads us to help them grow in the Word of God. They are wonderful men and women of God comprised of 8 pastors and 2 evangelists.
These 10 ministries are touching the lives of thousands as they minister in their churches and go out into their cities and neighboring cities and hold revivals.
Nita and I are truly honored and humbled that the Lord supernaturally sent these pastors and evangelists from around the world for us to help them. They did not know us and we did not know them. The Holy Spirit literally had their hands get on the computer keys and led them to our ministry website.
We asked them how they found us and they said it was the Lord, it was the Holy Spirit of God. Hallelujah. All praise to the mighty God we serve.
So indeed this is fertile spiritual ground to sow your finances into.
