What a promise from the Lord, what hope and what peace.
“Behold, the days come, saith the Lord, that I will raise unto David a righteous Branch, and a King shall reign and prosper, and shall execute judgment and justice in the earth. In His days Judah shall be saved, and Israel shall dwell safely; and this is His name whereby He shall be called, THE LORD OUR RIGHTEOUSNESS.” Jeremiah 23:5-6
That righteous Branch and the King that shall reign and prosper is Jesus Christ, those verses are talking prophetically.
Another verse in the New Testament that is talking about our righteousness is: “For He (the Father God) hath made Him (the Son Jesus Christ) to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in Him.” 2 Corinthians 5:21
You know, the word RIGHTEOUSNESS is a big word with a huge amount of meaning to all of us that have accepted Jesus as our Savior.
In the original Greek of the New Testament concerning 2 Corinthians 5:21 righteousness means: State of him who is as he ought to be, righteousness, the condition acceptable to God.
In 2 Corinthians 5:21 it states that the Father God made Jesus, His Son to be sin for us who never sinned that WE might be made the righteousness of God in Him.
The word righteousness means that we can approach the Lord with a feeling of worthiness because of what Jesus did for us on the cross.
Jesus Christ went to the cross for you and me so that as we accept Him as our Lord and Savior we receive the blessing of being approved by God and we know that we can approach God without any feeling of God not listening to us or rejecting us in any way.
It is so wonderful to be accepted by God even though you know that you have done nothing to qualify for such an elevated position other than for you to accept Jesus Christ as your Savior.
This righteousness that we as believers in Jesus Christ have received at our new birth gives us many invaluable gifts as we use them in faith.
Let’s first look into the area of prayer and see how our righteousness through Jesus Christ and what He has done for us blesses us.
“Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need.” Hebrews 4:16
Without this righteousness and it helping us to be acceptable to the Father God as we pray we would not be acceptable to the Father God and our prayers would not even be considered.
Can you imagine your prayers that are so important for you and others not to be accepted by the Lord?
In fact the Word of God says that we can even come boldly to the throne of grace, in other words being present with the Lord in our petitions as we enter the throne room of heaven.
Then it goes on to say that we obtain mercy and grace to help us in time of need.
What is mercy and grace?
Grace in the New Testament Greek in Hebrews 4:16 that we are looking at above is defined as That which affords joy, pleasure, delight, sweetness, charm, loveliness, grace of speech.
Grace is further defined in that scripture as: Good will, lovingkindness and favor.
Think about Hebrews 4:16 the next time you pray and consider all of the benefits that the Spirit of God pours on us as we go to the Father God in the name of Jesus and pray.
Another definition of grace is that it is unmerited favor with God toward mankind.
Then Hebrews 4:16 states that we also receive mercy when we come to the throne of grace, meaning prayer.
The word mercy in Hebrews 4:16 from the original Greek is kindness or good will towards the miserable and the afflicted, joined with a desire to help them.
Thank God He has mercy on you and me, without that mercy we would not know where to go to really get help.
Really there is no one that can help you like the Lord.
Listen to this it is so powerful and moving: “For we have not a high priest which cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities (meaning our inabilities or shortcomings) but was in all points tempted like as we are, yet without sin.” Hebrews 4:15
Another reason why we can come boldly before the throne of grace in prayer is because when Jesus was born of the Virgin Mary on this earth Jesus was 100% God but then He also became 100% human.
The Bible says Jesus was tempted in His humanity in every way yet without sin.
So Jesus knows what we go through as we go through our trials and tribulations as He went through the same kind of things as we do in our Christian life yet He had no sin.
The Lord is very willing to help you in all of your life’s troubles and bring you out victorious if you will allow Him to guide and direct your life according to His will for you and the destiny and purpose He has custom designed for you.
Another area that our righteousness through Jesus Christ helps us be victorious is that we have been given the right to use Him name in prayer and your daily Christian life.
It is found in the Great Commission: “And He said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature. He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned. And these signs shall follow them that believe; IN MY NAME shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues; They shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick and they shall recover. Mark 16:15-18
Just look at all the wonderful things you can do because you are the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus. Please see 2 Corinthians 5:21
You can use Jesus’ name to bring deliverance and healing to yourself and others. You can pick up serpents in His name which is a way to say you have authority over the devil, it doesn’t mean going around and picking up snakes or you will get bitten.
And of course when Jesus said if they drink any deadly thing it will not hurt them was not talking about purposely doing that because the Bible also says do not tempt the Lord thy God. Instead it means that if you happen to have eaten or drank something that would be harmful you can have faith in the Lord that it will not hurt you. Please see Luke 4:12
So you can see just some of the blessings that God gives us when we ask Jesus Christ in our hearts that we become the righteousness of God in Him.
We can come boldly to the throne of God that we can obtain grace and mercy in the time of trouble which refers to our prayer life and our ability to know that we are accepted in God’s presence.
We can also use the name of Jesus regarding or needs and the needs of others to take authority over situations that come into our lives and the lives of others.
So many Christians don’t understand and or don’t believe in these blessings that belong to you and all of us that are in Christ Jesus.
I pray that if you haven’t believed in operating in these blessings before that are yours because you are the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus that today, right now, you will start using all the blessings that are laying on the table for you to use.
They are available to you right now just pick them up and use them.
Please let us know how this teaching has brought you to believe more in God and His Word and how this teaching today on RIGHTEOUSNESS has made a big change in your life for the good.
We want to thank all of you that have prayed and given financially to this ministry.
Nita and I also greatly appreciate your effectual fervent prayers for this ministry as we know that prayer changes things and helps us accomplish all that the Lord has called us to do as we minister to the world on this ministry website and the other ministry that the Lord has called us to.

We are involved in our ministry on an international level and also will be continuing to minister at churches as we are led to go to these churches in the United States.
On Tuesday October 27, 2015 the Spirit of God gave me a dream about a very large amount of people that I was ministering to. It seemed they were from different parts of the world. As I ministered to them I told them that WORLD WIDE REVIVAL was coming and that it would touch everyone on the face of the earth.
Every time I would say something to this huge crowd of people there would come a shout of excitement from them. But as I looked over to my right there was a man who I got eye contact with and I said this to him as we looked at each other. I told that man, whoever he was, that it was even going to affect him even though he would try to resist it.
And then I woke up.
Nita and I knew then and now that it was a dream from the Spirit of God and that He had called Nita and me to be part of this END TIME WORLD WIDE REVIVAL.
Since then I have ministered on revival in meetings and conversations I have had with other churches around the world.
JESUS SAID, “SAY NOT YE, THERE ARE YET FOUR MONTHS, AND THEM COMETH HARVEST? BEHOLD, I SAY UNTO YOU, LIFT UP YOUR EYES, AND LOOK ON THE FIELDS; FOR THEY ARE WHITE ALREADY TO HARVEST.” JOHN 4:35
Mankind has a tendency to push revival back to sometime in the future.
REVIVAL, REVIVAL, REVIVAL. (NOW, NOW, NOW).
“AS GOD’S PARTNERS, WE BEG YOU NOT TO ACCEPT THIS MARVELOUS GIFT OF GOD’S KINDNESS AND THEN IGNORE IT. FOR GOD SAYS, AT JUST THE RIGHT TIME, I HEARD YOU. ON THE DAY OF SALVATION I HELPED YOU.” 2 Corinthians 6:1-2, NEW LIVING TRANSLATION. INDEED THE “RIGHT TIME” IS NOW. TODAY IS THE DAY OF SALVATION.”
We are spreading the Word of God around the world as the Holy Spirit leads us to new areas in an ever increasing amount.
For you ministers or leaders of groups you can contact us for ministering in your church at: G Mail: firstname.lastname@example.org
If you have come to this ministry website today and have never asked Jesus Christ to come into your life and be born again, you are not here by accident, the Spirit of the Living God drew you here.
If you do not have the assurance of where you would spend eternity if you died right now please go to the top of this website and it will have a tab for “SALVATION.” In that tab will be what is required by God to be right with Him. When you pray that prayer and accept the Lord please send us a Gmail to our website at: email@example.com and let us know that you accepted the Lord as your Savior and Lord and were born again. We want to rejoice with you and pray for you. Thank you (Please look up these scriptures: John 3:3 and Romans 10:9-10 it talks about you being born again).
Surely you know people who are going through hell and high water with real battles in their life both Christians and those that are not born again Christians. The Word of God that is presented each week will help turn their situation around if they do the Word of God and instead of the anguish and tears will bring a smile and victory to their life, isn’t that worth you sharing this website with others?
This includes the ones that not able to go to church because of disabilities and sickness or for one reason or another can’t attend church. Can you imagine how this Word of God would bless and comfort them? Please share this website with these folks also.
If we can pray for you please contact us regarding your prayer request.
