When you asked Jesus Christ to come into your life and was born again, Jesus washed your sins away with His precious blood Matthew 26-28, He sealed you with the Holy Spirit of promise to claim you as His own please see Ephesians 1:13-14, your name was written in the Lamb’s Book of Life Revelation 20:15 and you started living eternally with your Lord and Savior the day you invited Jesus Christ in your life.
If that is not something to give you joy today and take you out of any possible depression, I don’t know what is. Hallelujah to the King!!!
In fact the Word of God states that He has given us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of Him that hath called us to glory and virtue. 2 Peter 1:3.
Part of that ALL THINGS in the scripture above is our scripture for this teaching of “Christ Jesus, His Gifts and Revelations” found in 1 Corinthians 1:30 “But of Him are ye in Christ Jesus, who of God is made unto us wisdom, and righteousness, and sanctification and redemption.”
You never know what that friend or family member of yours is going through. The trauma and fear that they are experiencing. Reading and meditating on God’s Word delivers people that are in trauma, fear or confusion. There is tremendous Power in the Word of God. Hebrews 4:12
So please follow what the Spirit of the Living God is telling you and call up or e mail other people that you know so they too can receive the powerful Word of God in their lives.
That also includes the shut ins which includes people who are disabled or now are old and not able to come to a church building but still need ministering to just like you and me. So please give our website address to these people and see that they are blessed. Thank you.
The scriptures that are highlighted in this teaching will take you to BibleGateway.com and usually are in King James translation, however once you get to that site you can pick many different translations. To return to this teaching just go to your upper left hand corner of your computer screen and click back on the teaching tab.
The KJV version of the Bible says that Christ Jesus is made unto us, when I looked up this scripture in the original Greek is says that Christ Jesus has become to us. Therefore when you were born again Jesus Christ’s entered into your spirit by the Holy Spirit and brought all the gifts of Christ Jesus that are mentioned in please look at 1 Corinthians 1:30 with Him that you would need in your Christian walk to be an over comer.
Our God is such a giver, at the new birth He gives us abundant spiritual gifts that He knows we will need in this life to be victorious.
Today I am ministering on redemption. I love to teach on redemption, it shows the true love that our God has for us. The gift of redemption guarantees us freedom from the results that happened at the fall of man, namely Adam and Eve.
This is Daniel Webster’s definition of redemption and actually I am quite impressed with his definition. The action of regaining or gaining possession of something in exchange for payment, or clearing a debt.
To be right in harmony with this definition is a song we as Christians sing, the name of the song is “HE PAID A DEBT HE DID NOT OWE.” and the lyrics of the chorus go like this:
He paid a debt He did not owe, I owed a debt I could not pay, I needed someone to wash my sins away, Now I sing a brand new song, Amazing Grace, For my Jesus paid a debt that I could never pay.
No truer lyrics were ever written.
Before we accepted Christ you and I had a sentence on our life and that was that the wages of sin was the judgment against us and we were headed straight to hell. It is a horrible picture but I will not clean it up because that’s what the B-I-B-L-E- says and I refuse to dilute the Word of God by being politically correct for anyone and tip toe through the tulips.
Nita and I do not have that kind of ministry, if that’s the kind you are looking and have itching ears see text in please see(2 Timothy 4:3) you sure came to the wrong ministry website. We call it like the Bible says and end up having a good conscience toward our Lord.
You can have that kind of church or ministry but boy are you in for a world of hurt.
We live in the end time and the Bible says that people will be running around looking for a church, a pastor, a teacher, whomever, who will say nice smooth things to them and the Bible calls it itching ears.
They want a watered down Bible to salve their guilty conscience.
Our aim is to always please the Lord and not water down the gospel.
Some people needed what I just said.
When the Holy Spirit tells me to stop and say this, I do it.
The Holy Spirit is running this ministry not me nor Nita.
So back to redemption.
I remember back when the Lord was talking to me about redemption. For quite some time the word redemption would come up in my spirit.
When I check the original Greek on the word redemption this is what it gives for a definition: A releasing effected by payment of ransom, deliverance and liberation procured by the payment of a ransom.
As I mentioned earlier in this teaching Jesus took care of our deliverance when we asked Him to come into our life. Jesus Christ paid our ransom payment which was at the price of shedding His precious blood on Calvary’s tree as He washed away our sins.
So at our new birth, we brought our dirty sinful life to Him and He had such love and compassion for you and me that He did not bring any condemnation toward us instead He cleansed us with His blood wiped out all of the ordinances that were against us and gave us a white robe of righteousness.
Then the Word of God makes a huge wonderful statement to you and I and that is that He has redeemed us (paid the price for our ransom so we could be free) from the curse of the law and the blessings of Abraham belong to us.
“Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us; for it is written, Cursed is every one that hangeth on a tree (cross), That the blessing of Abraham might come on the Gentiles through Jesus Christ; that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith.” Galatians 3:13-14.
So in order to understand this verse let’s look at one thing at a time.
We now know what redeemed means which is a releasing effected by payment of a ransom, (Jesus blood on the cross and us receiving that cleansing blood when we asked Jesus Christ to come into our life).
Because of Jesus death on the cross both spiritually then physically. How do we know this? When Jesus hung on the cross the Bible says: “For He (God the Father) hath made Him (Jesus Christ) to be sin for us, who knew no sin; (Jesus Christ) that we might be made the righteousness of God in Him.” (Jesus Christ) please see 2 Corinthians 5:21
Let’s go another step, what does the Bible say about sin: “For the wages of sin is death; (spiritual death, which is separation from God) but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.” please see Romans 6:23
Before Jesus died on the cross physically you notice that Jesus said, “…My God, My God why hast thou forsaken me?” Matthew 27:46
What happened on the cross?
Jesus first of all died spiritually, how do we know this because when Jesus cried out My God, My God why hast thou forsaken me, Jesus had not just taken all the sin of mankind but greater than that He became sin for everyone that would ever live?
Therefore the Father God could not even look at His Son Jesus Christ as He became sin on that cross for everyone one that would ever live. What happened was spiritual death for Jesus Christ, there was a separation between Him and His Father due to the wages of sin that He took for mankind.
There are approximately 7 billion people right now on the face of the earth and that is a drop in the bucket for all of the people that have ever lived or will ever live on this earth and the Good News is that Jesus Christ died for every single person that ever lived and became sin for them.
After Jesus spiritual death of separation from His Father God then Jesus gave up His life and died for you and me.
But thanks be unto our Father God that on the 3rd day the courts of heaven had been satisfied with the spiritual death of Jesus Christ and the ransom He paid for us and God the Father raised Jesus Christ from the dead on the 3rd day.
Jesus Christ became victorious over death, hell and the grave and because He has been victorious through Jesus Christ we are victorious and redeemed as well.
You can read about this account in Matthew 27-28 chapter.
Which brings us to the Easter season and I believe it is a good place to leave off this week and continue with the gift of redemption that we have received next Monday.
At this point you have a very good foundation of what redemption means and the ransom or price Jesus Christ paid for this deliverance for you and me.
Next Monday I will go into more depth and detail regarding redemption.
Please pray that the Holy Spirit will give you a revelation of what redemption really means to you. I can teach you regarding redemption but only the Holy Spirit is the ultimate teacher and He is the only one that can give you revelation knowledge of what the Word of God says.
A revelation from the Holy Spirit on redemption will give you new liberty and spiritual power in your life to live a strong Christian life and to help others who are struggling along.
Ask Him and you will receive, Amen?

For with the same measure that ye mete withal it shall be measured to you again. Luke 6:38
At present we have 10 different ministries that have contacted us from around the world that are viewing this website with you every week and using our teaching to teach their congregations. In addition to that we are able to teach them individually as God leads us to help them grow in the Word of God. They are wonderful men and women of God comprised of 8 pastors and 2 evangelists.
These 10 ministries are touching the lives of thousands as they minister in their churches and go out into their cities and neighboring cities and hold revivals.
Nita and I are truly honored and humbled that the Lord supernaturally sent these pastors and evangelists from around the world for us to help them and for them to bless us. They did not know us and we did not know them. The Holy Spirit literally had their hands get on the computer keys and led them to our ministry website.
We asked them how they found us and they said it was the Lord, it was the Holy Spirit of God. Hallelujah. All praise to the mighty God we serve.
Then there are individuals around the world that contact us and want help with answers and direction in their life and prayer from us in many different areas of their lives.
