“Bless the Lord, O my soul; and all that is within me, bless His holy name.
Bless the Lord, O my soul, and forget not all His benefits:
Who forgiveth all thine iniquities; who healeth all thy diseases;
Who redeemeth thy life from destruction; who crowneth thee with lovingkindness and tender mercies;
Who satisfieth thy mouth with good things; so that thy youth is renewed like the eagle’s." Please see Psalm 103:1-5
These are just 5 of the 22 reasons that Psalm 103 1-22 gives for us blessing the Lord. We could never give Him enough blessing nor thanks for all He has done for all of us. Hallelujah!!!
The Book of James written by James under the inspiration of the Holy Spirit of course is the half-brother of Jesus Christ and is called the Proverbs of the New Testament. The reason being that each verse talks about wisdom and us using this wisdom in our daily life to be successful in this life and in the world to come.
The date of the writing of the Book of James is about 45-49 BC.
The Apostle Paul referred to James, Peter and John as “pillars” of the New Testament Church. Please see Galatians 2:9.
Then later when the Apostle Paul arrived in Jerusalem after his third missionary journey, James seems to be the pastor or leader of the Jerusalem Church because he alone is named among all the elders. Please see Acts 21:17-18.
The Book of James gives us wisdom in many areas of our life and helps us to have VICTORIOUS CHRISTIAN LIVING.
Wow, what a statement, right?
But the Book of James truly does do that if we apply the wisdom that it talks about in our Christian life.
I am not going to go through all of the scriptures in the Book of James but I will be open to the Lord to some revelation of the verses that the Lord prompts me to comment on.
Are you ready, notebook and pen in hand?
Praise the Lord.
The first statement that James makes at first seems to be something that is very hard to understand: “My brethren, count it all joy when ye fall in divers (various) temptations; Knowing this, that the trying of your faith worketh patience. But let patience have her perfect work, that ye may be perfect (mature) and entire, wanting nothing.” James 1:2-4
It is hard to understand that we can be excited about temptations and trials, let alone counting them as JOY?
But then the Apostle James goes on to explain what these trials will do for you if you will allow them to work in your life.
They will give you patience.
Just what you wanted to hear right? ha ha
One of the words that most Christians do not like is the word “PATIENCE” and whenever you hear it you cringe inside and say there is that word again, that I do not like.
There is something that you definitely need to know. There is not one Christian, man or woman who is a strong Christian that does not possess great patience.
Do you know why?
Patience is actually a spiritual force which when it is continually applied backs the devil down in your life.
Satan wants you to always be nervous and in a hurry. He wants you to get on a spiritual treadmill and wear yourself out while staying patient no matter what comes your way.
If inside you feel like you are being hurried and start stressing out, believe me that is not the Spirit of God, that is satan trying to get you frustrated and giving up on what you are believing for.
What does James say will happen if you CONTINUE to exercise patience? It will make you perfect meaning MATURE in the things of the Lord and YOU WILL WANT NOTHING.
Why, because you have control of your emotions through the power of the Holy Spirit in you and you will end up possessing what you are believing for if it is in line with the Word of God?
Let’s look at another piece of wisdom from the Word of God in the Book of James: “If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not (God won’t put you down for asking) and it shall be given him. But let him ask in faith, nothing wavering; for he that wavereth is like a wave of the sea driven with the wind and tossed. For let not that man think that he shall receive any thing of the Lord. A double minded man is unstable in all his ways” James 1:5-8
These verses are some of the ones I use the most in all of the Bible.
Think about it, do you know everything about anything?
Of course you do not, neither do any of us.
It has been proven that you make thousands of decisions each day like waking up and getting dressed and you do that automatically.
However you face many decisions each day that you have no idea what is the right thing to do, right?
That’s what I discovered also and then I came across these verses and it gave me blessed help, for sure.
Some of the decisions you need help on each day is spiritual decisions that affect your life, buying a cell phone, a computer, a house, a car, insurance, food.
How about who you should marry if you are single?
Or where should I work?
Let’s say you are in an awkward situation with another person and you need wisdom of what to do and say?
Isn’t it wonderful that you can go to the Lord and pray for wisdom about all of these situations?
The Lord is the best counselor you could ever go to, right?
Here is another scripture that gives you assurance about wisdom that you ask from the Lord: “Howbeit when He, the Spirit of truth, is come, (talking about the Holy Spirit), He will guide you into all truth; for He shall not speak of Himself, but whatsoever He shall hear, that shall He speak; and He will shew you things to come.” John 16:13
Getting back to James 1:5-7 the Lord says after you have asked for wisdom there can be no doubt in your spirit because if there is don’t think that you will receive any thing from the Lord.
The Lord wants us to pray to Him and ask His wisdom on a matter and then don’t say later that you hope you got the wisdom you prayed for or tell someone you hope you got the wisdom you prayed for because if you do you will have stepped out of faith in God and His Word and your prayer will not come to pass.
The Lord expects you to operate in faith if you want the blessings of faith.
“But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he that cometh to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of them that DILIGENTLY seek Him. Hebrews 11:6
You are not diligently seeking God if you pray for wisdom and then walk away and say, “I hope I receive that wisdom.” Right?
The Lord will never bless unbelief in Him and His Word.
Let’s look at one more piece of wisdom from the Book of James today.
“Let no man say when he is tempted, I am tempted of God; for God cannot be tempted with evil, neither tempeth He any man. But every man is tempted, when he is drawn away of his own lust, and enticed. Then when lust hath conceived, it bringeth forth sin: and sin, when it is finished, bringeth forth death. Do not err, my beloved brethren. Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and cometh down from the Father of lights, with whom there is no variableness, neither shadow of turning.” James 1:13-17
James is saying that God is not the one who is tempting you. The thing that will draw you into temptation is by letting your flesh get into lust. There is no doubt that satan operates through your flesh and your mind and often times sees if you will yield to your flesh and lust. However you cannot always blame satan for your temptations, a lot of what you get into is your fault and you cannot blame everything on the devil. Amen?
James goes on to say that the Lord brings good and perfect gifts to you. God is not in the business of tempting you to get you into sin.
In fact here is an excellent verse about how the Lord will help you in temptation: “There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man; BUT GOD IS FAITHFUL, WHO WILL NOT SUFFER (ALLOW) YOU TO BE TEMPTED ABOVE THAT YOU ARE ABLE: BUT WILL WITH THE TEMPTATION ALSO MAKE A WAY OF ESCAPE, THAT YE MAY BE ABLE TO BEAR IT.” 1 Corinthians 10:13
I hope these verses of wisdom I have shared from the Book of James with you today have given you insight and have helped you to have victory in these areas of your life.
God bless you as you apply God’s Word to your life and reap the many blessings of it.

We are involved in our ministry on an international level and also will be continuing to minister at churches as we are led to go to these churches in the United States.
On Tuesday October 27, 2015 the Spirit of God gave me a dream about a very large amount of people that I was ministering to. It seemed they were from different parts of the world. As I ministered to them I told them that WORLD WIDE REVIVAL was coming and that it would touch everyone on the face of the earth.
Every time I would say something to this huge crowd of people there would come a shout of excitement from them. But as I looked over to my right there was a man who I got eye contact with and I said this to him as we looked at each other. I told that man, whoever he was, that it was even going to affect him even though he would try to resist it.
And then I woke up.
Nita and I knew then and now that it was a dream from the Spirit of God and that He had called Nita and me to be part of this END TIME WORLD WIDE REVIVAL.
Since then I have ministered on revival in meetings and conversations I have had with other churches around the world.
JESUS SAID, “SAY NOT YE, THERE ARE YET FOUR MONTHS, AND THEM COMETH HARVEST? BEHOLD, I SAY UNTO YOU, LIFT UP YOUR EYES, AND LOOK ON THE FIELDS; FOR THEY ARE WHITE ALREADY TO HARVEST.” JOHN 4:35
Mankind has a tendency to push revival back to sometime in the future.
REVIVAL, REVIVAL, REVIVAL. (NOW, NOW, NOW).
“AS GOD’S PARTNERS, WE BEG YOU NOT TO ACCEPT THIS MARVELOUS GIFT OF GOD’S KINDNESS AND THEN IGNORE IT. FOR GOD SAYS, AT JUST THE RIGHT TIME, I HEARD YOU. ON THE DAY OF SALVATION I HELPED YOU.” 2 Corinthians 6:1-2, NEW LIVING TRANSLATION. INDEED THE “RIGHT TIME” IS NOW. TODAY IS THE DAY OF SALVATION.”
We are spreading the Word of God around the world as the Holy Spirit leads us to new areas in an ever increasing amount.
For you ministers or leaders of groups you can contact us for ministering in your church at: G Mail:
If you have come to this ministry website today and have never asked Jesus Christ to come into your life and be born again, you are not here by accident, the Spirit of the Living God drew you here.
If you do not have the assurance of where you would spend eternity if you died right now please go to the top of this website and it will have a tab for “SALVATION.” In that tab will be what is required by God to be right with Him. When you pray that prayer and accept the Lord please send us a Gmail to our website at: firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know that you accepted the Lord as your Savior and Lord and were born again. We want to rejoice with you and pray for you. Thank you (Please look up these scriptures: John 3:3 and Romans 10:9-10 it talks about you being born again).
Surely you know people who are going through hell and high water with real battles in their life both Christians and those that are not born again Christians. The Word of God that is presented each week will help turn their situation around if they do the Word of God and instead of the anguish and tears will bring a smile and victory to their life, isn’t that worth you sharing this website with others?
This includes the ones that not able to go to church because of disabilities and sickness or for one reason or another can’t attend church. Can you imagine how this Word of God would bless and comfort them? Please share this website with these folks also.
