As He created the world including animals and then He created man.
We saw that God changed the name of Abram to Abraham, which changed the meaning
of his name Sarai to Sarah and Jacob to Israel. Then in the New Testament He changed
Simon to Peter. All of these name changes were very important as God wanted to bless all
these people and help them fulfill the destiny and purpose He had for them just like He works with
us to bring us to our destiny and purpose in life.
God doesn’t change our names now but what He does is through dreams, visions, talking to us
by the Holy Spirit inside of us to our spirit, He creates imagery in us. God works tremendously
with imagery to help us fulfill what He has in our life for us. Then as we realize this unction is
from the Lord He encourages us to call those things that be not as though they were.
Sometimes we forget that Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever.
